1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Brew & Bloom ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may sign in with an email and password, with Google, or continue as a guest (guests do not create a persistent account).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the app or its infrastructure, using the app for unlawful purposes, or creating accounts through automated means (bots).

4. Premium subscriptions

• Pricing: Premium is available as a monthly, yearly, or one-time lifetime purchase at the prices shown in the app.
• Payments: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge your chosen method.
• Access: Premium unlocks enhanced features such as detailed focus analytics and immersive backgrounds, as described in the app.
• Lifetime purchases: A one-time lifetime purchase grants Premium access for the lifetime of the app, as currently offered. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features over time.

5. Refunds

Our refund policy is described on the Refund Policy page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Third-party services

The app may integrate with third-party services you choose to connect, including Spotify. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code within the app not provided by users is owned by Brew & Bloom and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without permission. Content you create in the app remains yours.

8. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use the app at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brew & Bloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings, which permanently removes your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the app's operator is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
